These illustrations are 8x10 inches, painted on watercolor paper and presented in a white 11x14 mat that will fit easily into a standard frame. These watercolor paintings are painted in a traditional manner, matched closely to your photo.

Once purchase is complete, I will email you to get started. I will need a good photo of the house and the street/ town info to write along the bottom as a caption. This will be the photo I work from, so please make sure the whole house is visible.
